Watering

When it comes to watering, there is a fine line between not enough and too much. However, the former is much more common. We experience people who are willing to spend thousands of dollars are a new landscape installation but refuse to take the time to water. With no water, you will get no grass. We typically recommend that established lawns get watered on an every other daily schedule. It tends to be best in the early morning, while the water has time to evaporate in the warm sunlight. If you have a sprinkler system, we recommend running it for ½ hour. If your lawn remains wet all day,you know you are watering too much. Soggy grass canal become an open invitation to disease and fungi. For best results, install an irrigation system. Need some help with that? Click here, to see our irrigation system options.
